Academy of Hair Design accepts a variety of scholarships for our programs, and we want to help connect you with resources to make your beauty dreams a reality. Don’t Let Financial Roadblocks Stop You
A scholarship is a grant payment in support of a student’s education, typically awarded on an academic or achievement basis. In most cases, an online application is required for consideration, and often an interview process will follow. You can learn more and ask questions about how to apply to specific scholarships when speaking with an Academy of Hair Design career planner.
A variety of industry organizations offer scholarships toward beauty school programs, and you could be just the right fit for an opportunity. Check out the list below to review scholarship criteria and connect with an organization that could help put you on your beauty school path. We encourage you to research other opportunities available, as this list is not exhaustive, and a wide variety of resources are available through the American Association of Cosmetology Schools (AACS).

Look Into Additional Resources
This list is a starting point for your scholarship research, and there are many other resources available to you to help make beauty school your reality. We encourage you to research scholarship organizations as well as local resources that can help you with the application and interview processes for scholarship selection.
As we mentioned above, be sure to check out the American Association of Cosmetology Schools (AACS). A variety of industry sponsors partner with the association to connect beauty students with scholarships and grants that fit their situation. They have scholarships available to students who have already been accepted to beauty school, as well as for those who are currently enrolled.
If you are interested in learning more about any of the opportunities listed above, be sure to schedule a tour with us and mention that you’d like to learn more! We’d be happy to discuss these and other scholarship opportunities with you to see how we can best help you pursue your goals in the beauty industry.
