In most cases, an online application is required for consideration, and often an interview process will follow. Ace Grant

Prospective students should request information, an application, and salon assessment for the Ace Grant Program by calling 1-800-831-1086, extension 101. Ace Grants are up to $1,000.

The Alice Madden Barton Scholarship

A Great Clips scholarship for current students, high school students, or anyone interested in either Cosmetology or Barbering. This scholarship is given out twice each year in July and January.

We encourage you to research scholarship organizations as well as local resources that can help you with the application and interview processes for scholarship selection.

As we mentioned above, be sure to check out the American Association of Cosmetology Schools (AACS). A variety of industry sponsors partner with the association to connect beauty students with scholarships and grants that fit their situation. They have scholarships available to students who have already been accepted to beauty school, as well as for those who are currently enrolled.
